So should we wait until after 6.9/7.0 to create the branch? Or start
hacking on it now? One other thing I thought would be nice is to
create per-platform include directories so files like compiler.h and
Pci.h wouldn't have to contain a bazillion ifdefs for each os/isa
combination... But I think that's much easier to do post-modular, I
wouldn't even want to attempt it in the monolith.
