Subject: Problem with WM spec on freedesktop.org

I was looking for the latest version of the WM spec on freedesktop.org and
found this URL: http://freedesktop.org/Standards/wm-spec/wm-spec-1.3.html
<http://freedesktop.org/Standards/wm-spec/wm-spec-1.3.html>
However, the document returned using that URL seems to be the Desktop Entry
Standard V0.9.3. The WM spec V1.2 link was working correctly and tells me
all I need but I am hoping someone with write access to the site can fix the
V1.3 link for the future.
