Where should one report desktop-file-utils bugs?  fd.o/bugzilla does not
seem to have a suitable component.

Oh, well, maybe I'll just include the bug report here:

  desktop-file-install's (CVS HEAD) --remove-category fails to remove
  the last category from Categories.

...and while at it, this trivial patch which makes
desktop-file-(install|validate) behave as is specified in the
desktop-entry-spec wrt Legacy-Mixed encodings has not been applied yet:
