Bug #512564 is still found in the 1.6-1 of the libxcb1-dev package.

At a minimum it should be pretty simple to create a libxcb1-doc package
with the various already flavors of existing documentation.

Far more handy though, could we please have man pages? On nearly any
system I can type `man XOpenDisplay` and have all the information needed
in a fraction of a second. This is *much* faster than starting a web
browser (even Lynx!) only to have to search documentation for a
particular library call I need information on. If the primary
documentation is in Doxygen format, simply tell Doxygen to generate man
page format files and package that...

I'd been wanting to experiment with XCB for some time, but the lack of
conventional documentation methods was being rather annoying.
