One could edit and place following snippet into a profile of choice and 
compile with iccFromXML.

     <multiLocalizedUnicodeType>
       <TagSignature>desc</TagSignature>
       <LocalizedText LanguageCountry="enUS"><![CDATA[X11 
Colors]]></LocalizedText>
       <LocalizedText LanguageCountry="deDE"><![CDATA[X11 
Farben]]></LocalizedText>
     </multiLocalizedUnicodeType>
