Oh, that's right; MSVC lacks stdint.h because it isn't a C99 compil= er,
not because it isn't POSIX. (Or did this finally get fixed?)

It got fixed in Visual Studio 2015 and later, so = you can actually use most of C99 (though not all of it, because it's ju= st a 20 years old standard, so why would you want to /s) with MSVC.
