Hello everyone:

In MediaWiki, nearly every page has a "table of contents" (TOC), 
everybody thus can easily get a global picture of the page.

Maybe we can add a TOC to our handbook.

Look, the following page is large.

If we can add something like this to the beginning part of this page,
everything will be more clear.
