Hi folks,

I've made three attempts at upgrading to the latest stable and each one 
has failed at the same point during make installworld.

I'm just doing my installworld after my makeworld, and it's stopped.  It 
freezes during the mtree phase (see below).  Checking with top, I see 
four make processes get started, but finish running after about 30 
seconds or so (this is a P100).

clues please.
