I've had a hellish time getting BSD of *any* variety on my laptop - Something that \
XF3.3.6 didn't like - I'm not too sure what, but I had the ATI Rage Mobility 4 Meg \
card - I had an IBM "i" series (From what I understand, they are legendary for the \
problems that they have accepting FBSD.) I had some problems with the PCMCIA slots, \
too. I got it to work, but I couldn't get X to work - quite frustrating. I eventually \
ended up having SuSE installed on it, and I keep my desktop at FBSD 4.3. :)
