I have just installed FreeBSD version 2.2.6 on my home PC, after much =
trouble getting it on (I have multiple operating systems).
Anyway here's my question: I installed the basic installation (Bin) =
files and data security.
When I run it though it is just like a Unix/Linux system, and gives me a =
"$" prompt. I have visited your site much, as well as Walnut Creek Cd's =
Site, and the screen shots show a much different operating system (Like =
a combo of Win95 and MacOs8). How do i get to this operating system?, =
and not just the "$" prompt???
Thank You for your Time in reading this, and I look forward to your =
answer...
