The framework prints: GL_COMMIT is a required 40 character hash for use
USE_GITLAB

But the tarball URL doesn't contain commit any more.
Now 
> MASTER_SITES=https://gitlab.com/${PORTNAME}/${PORTNAME}/-/archive/${DISTVERSIONFULL}/
is sufficient.
