After upgrading tomcat to 5.0.30 I found my server.xml overwritten by default config. \
This behaviour seems wrong to me, port should overwrite only sample config \
(server.xml.sample), leaving live config alone.

portupgrade tomcat to version 5.0.30

Makefile should check for presence of server.xml config file and if found only sample \
config should be overwritten.
