Subject: Repost/Refined of Additions to anti-spam rules

Attached is a context diff of the latest sendmail.cf.additions that I
have ( through src-2.2.0671.gz). This rule is similar to the denyip
execpt the file is a list of ips to allow, ie local machines. I wrote
this rule to prevent dialing to the internet to check local to local
mail.
Comments still welcome.
