Yes:

1)	Command line, for incorporation in scripts
2)	Command parser, for interactive use
3)	Pipeline parser, for driving by GUI/TUI

I'll be happy to talk to anyone interested in it...

I still think that it is a bad idea, seperating the fdisk and disklabel
function; they are both subclasses of a mor general device management
problem, and should be solvable in a single program.
