Run kgdb and check what thread owns spa_namespace_lock.
The switch to that thread and get its backtrace.
That's in addition to capturing procstat -kk -a.

If you can afford some down time, it may also be useful to trigger a kernel
panic and save a crash dump.  The crash dump is most useful when you have
debugging symbols for the kernel and modules.
