I am getting this message when I do a make of docs.

Variable 'mirrors-docbook-country-index-without-period' has not been
declared.

It has been doing this for around a week and I figured the automated
system would catch it and it would quickly go away but it hasn't. I
have also done a make clean in /usr/doc and that didn't help. If you
haven't done a make clean, it dies with a slightly different message in
the install.
