> Description:
Current version of the handbook was written over more than a decade.
There is a lot of legacy SGML in there. Time for an update at specific
points.
> How-To-Repeat:
Check out the source code for the handbook.
> Fix:
All changes below throughout FreeBSD Handbook:
- Use entity for FreeBSD where applicable
- Use entity for Linux where applicable
- Honor various trademarks where applicable
- Add between connected words where needed
- Fix Ports Collection capitalisation where needed
- Added between numbers and units

Additional changes:
- Removed 2 in-text tabs in vinum/chapter.sgml. They may mess up formatting.
