> Description:
Hello,
just one hour ago I figured out a VERY strange behaviour using tar
# tar -xvzf package.tgz
which gave me:
# ls -al
drwxr-xr-x 4 user user 10 Jan 31 07:05 .
drwxr-xr-x 5 user user 5 Jan 31 07:05 ..
drwxr-xr-x 2 user user 12 Jan 31 07:05 check
---------- 1 user user 9338 Jun 17 2010 common.sh
drwxr-xr-x 2 user user 23 Jan 31 07:05 impl
---------- 1 user user 17807 Jul 29 2013 new_project.sh
---------- 1 user user 38451 May 2 2012 new_project.wsf
The permissions of ALL files are not there! It should be noted I write on a Solaris \
11 host using NFS/ZFS. But with FreeBSD 9.1 I had no problems.
Does anyone know what is behind? a solution?
Thanks!! N. Grundmann
