Some other oddities, including comparison on ZFS to a run using
MUTUALLY_EXCLUSIVE_BUILD_PACKAGES to a run not using such. USE_TMPFS=all
and ALLOW_MAKE_JOBS were always in use. The combinations were:

A) ZFS without TMPFS_BLACKLIST but with MUTUALLY_EXCLUSIVE_BUILD_PACKAGES
B) ZFS with TMPFS_BLACKLIST but without MUTUALLY_EXCLUSIVE_BUILD_PACKAGES
C) UFS with TMPFS_BLACKLIST but without MUTUALLY_EXCLUSIVE_BUILD_PACKAGES

(No claim that the likes of, say, (A) vs. (B) is a cause of any oddities.)
