I've tried other tags.  it seems that the release 2.1 works fine. but cvs 
HEAD version and gtk-2-0-experimental suffer unresolved symbol errors.  this 
is what gtk-2-0-experimental branch returned.
/usr/local/lib/libmusicbrainz.so: undefined reference to `dlerror'
/usr/local/lib/libmusicbrainz.so: undefined reference to `dlclose'
/usr/local/lib/libmusicbrainz.so: undefined reference to `dlopen'
/usr/local/lib/libmusicbrainz.so: undefined reference to `dlsym'

It seems that all the cvs versions have a cut down version of musicbrainz 
support.  How are these versions supposed to be tested if they cant be built? 
 If anyone can build the cvs of freeamp i'm very interested in knowing how.
