Apparently there is a hack for icecast to stream MPEG video.  Dunno where
it is though.  Check on the icecast lists.  Also, OpenH323 will soon have
their H.261 encoder in CVS if you want to stream with H.323.  Perhaps we
could hack icecast to handle H.261 as well?
