Ah, no. That is the original convenience archive of the original 0.9 release.

We re-released later with two separate archives (the "*-sources.tar.gz" and the \
"*-dependencies.tar.gz" which are the [A] and [B] referred to above) as can be seen \
on our Downloads page and in that Homebrew formula.

We did not follow through as explained in the comment above to provide a new combined \
file [C].
