When the soap response contains "KeyInfo" tag, then Key processor extracts X509 cert \
from SOAP Body. Some times, the servers does not send them. 

If the Key Info tag is not present, then Key processor extract the cert from the \
crypto. 

So need a parameter to over ride to have key processor use the crypto configuration \
for decryption.
