Hi, the error means that it cannot find the correct JAVA path in your
server. The startup script contains the following line:

set _RUNJAVA="%JAVA_HOME%\bin\java"

The error show "\bin\java" only. This means that you have not defined the
environment variable JAVA_HOME that points to your Java JDK installation.

You have to add an environment variable in order to get it working. The
procedure may change based on the operating system version. Anyway you have
to do something like this:
