Hello.

I understand that the source code in the trunk \
(https://svn.forgerock.org/openam/trunk/) and the major releases (such as \
https://svn.forgerock.org/openam/tags/11.0.0/) are licensed under the CDDL license to \
the community and the community is free to use them in development and in testing and \
in production as well, even without the subscription agreement from Forgerock. It is \
the binary build and the minor releases (such as 10.0.1, for example), which can be \
used in development, testing, but not in the production, without the subscription \
agreement. Is this correct?

Does the same logic apply to the OpenAM agents as well? When I look at the release \
https://svn.forgerock.org/openam/tags/Agents-3.3.0/ and look at the license.txt files \
at the various directories, I get the following results:

> find ~/tmp/openam-agents/ -name license.txt -exec md5 {} \;
MD5 (/Users/aivo/tmp/openam-agents//openam/license/license.txt) = \
d03bbfecb0b3eb6990cd1dda8b1c1d7e MD5 \
(/Users/aivo/tmp/openam-agents//openam/openam-server-only/src/main/resources/license.txt) \
= d03bbfecb0b3eb6990cd1dda8b1c1d7e MD5 \
(/Users/aivo/tmp/openam-agents//openam/openam-server-only/src/main/webapp/WEB-INF/template/license.txt) \
= d03bbfecb0b3eb6990cd1dda8b1c1d7e MD5 \
(/Users/aivo/tmp/openam-agents//opensso/products/amserver/license.txt) = \
d03bbfecb0b3eb6990cd1dda8b1c1d7e MD5 \
(/Users/aivo/tmp/openam-agents//opensso/products/j2eeagents/agentsdk/legal/license.txt) \
= d03bbfecb0b3eb6990cd1dda8b1c1d7e MD5 \
(/Users/aivo/tmp/openam-agents//opensso/products/license/license.txt) = \
d03bbfecb0b3eb6990cd1dda8b1c1d7e MD5 \
(/Users/aivo/tmp/openam-agents//opensso/products/webagents/legal/license.txt) = \
f90b35988348d6b0f8a3d450471661a4

It seems that the /opensso/products/webagents/legal/license.txt file is different and \
it actually contains text of the Forgerock binary license, which restrict using them \
in production, without subscription.

Is this just a bug of the file management within the repo or are the licensing \
conditions for the 3.3.0 release of OpenAM agents indeed different than OpenAM \
itself?
