If WebLogic Admin Console web-app is using J2EE-security and you can map the \
'Weblogic Admin User/Group' to an OpenAM user/group then it is possible.

What does the WL Admin Console web-app deployment descriptor and the \
deployment-container specific deployment descriptor tell you?
