Pascal Sancho resolved FOP-2403.

    Resolution: Cannot Reproduce

The only issues I get are O.A.F.fo.ValidationException, caused by duplicate ID or \
empty fo:table-body, against FOP 1.0, 1.1 and TRUNK.

I cannot reproduce NPE with the provided material, whatever the FOP version is.

As said by Glenn, at least provide Exception trace, that will help in the 1st time to \
determine if thrown by FOP or other lib.
