From one of your pdc or bdc, start the user manager for domain tool

User manager-->User menu--->Select Domain

Just enter the station name \\worksation

and you will be given the local groups for that station, double click the \
administrator account and add the user from your domain that you want to have \
administrator privilege on the worksation locally.

Of course when you do that the worksation must be on the network.  You can also add a \
domain goup to the local administrator account, like domain user or whatever you want
