I've downloaded the files, but now what do I do with them?  Do they get 
installed in a FG directory or are they part of the windows O/S stuff?  Also, the 
documentation that came with the files mentions that an "include" statement is 
needed whenever these files are referenced.  Does the precompiled version of 
FG have these include statements?
