At the moment this means that the previous GC hasn't finished and the 
next frame has finished. This can either be a quick frame or a slow GC. 
In either case it is usually not a problem - the message is there to 
allow us to catch problems in the background GC - e.g. if you see a lot 
of these or get one just before a segfault.
