It is fairly easy to make such an object (at least in Blender). I use a
cube and boolean intersect to create a square object on the fuselage,
than map the logo onto it. 

Of course I can make a generic flat or slightly curved Object for
inclusion as submodel. One would need a small nasal file too, but that
is also easy.
