Yes, there are a few airports around there.  I used to go through
Parry Sound sometimes on our family trips to the Sault, and it is
beautiful.  A nice flight would be Toronto Island to Orillia and then
along the 10,000 Islands, and around the top of Georgian Bay to
Killarney, then a short hop over to Manitoulin Island.
