Since we default to dediprog support now I have backported that patch
but I don't see any speed up at all. Nico said the speedup was seen
when using VirtualBox (Linux on Linux). I have tested with Linux
native and Windows XP guest on Linux but don't see any difference.
I will repost my version of the patch later tonight.
