There are a number of ways of doing this. Get the Ip, resolve it to a
hostname. Then whois it. I use WS_Ping Pro to do whoises.
The alternative is a (in my experience) not well known website:
http://ipindex.dragonstar.net/

I normally look in the website for owners of adresses.
