In looking for BGP capable ISP's, look for the larger players (backbone
providers like sprint, mci, gridnet, etc). Boardwarch magazine publishes a
book every couple of months that lists ISP's andbackbone providers. Any
backbone provider will support BGP (that is how they talk to each other).
