Without two circuits, a local loop failure will take you down. You are 
much better off running two circuits, to two different ISPs, from two of 
your sites. Make sure you don't use two different ISPs that are both 
heavily dependant on the same MAE or NAP, or have heavily interdependant 
peering arangements, such that failure of a core router can still take out 
both.
