Is that approved under the ISM or the NISPOM?  The NISPOM takes effect July
31st.  NISPOM requirements are much more restrictive regarding disk
sanitization.  Someone finally woke up and said, hey, if you can't overwrite
revectored bad blocks you can't sanitize the media, you have to destroy it.
