Are you using SYN_DEFENDER ?

Also,

-see if there are other system messages under /var/adm/....
-look in your fw logs during those times...
-try to run "snoop -d int ...etc." with filters redirected to a file to get
some insight on the specific connections causing this problem...
-...upgrade to SP3 ? ????

Just some thoughts... :)

Subject: [FW1] fwstrmodrput error???

All,

I am seeing the following in my console/messages file on Solaris 2.6, FW 4.1
SP2. I have researched on Phoneboy, FW mailing list archives, and to the
part of technical support on Checkpoint's web site to which I have access
(public) to no avail.

This is not the first time this has happened. There does not seem to be any
problems on the system or with the firewall when this happens (of which I am
aware).

Does anyone know what these messages mean or what further data I should look
for?
