Micha,
Try this to get SecuRemote working properly:
If the notebooks need to access your internal network when they are remotely
connected to the Internet the SecuRemote client should be installed on the Dial
Up adapter only. When prompted during the SecuRemote installation to install on
All Network adapters (or) on the Dial Up adapters only, select Dial Up adapters
only. This way there is no binding FW1 to the ethernet adapter.

If this approach doesn't solve the problem, do this:
Take a good look at Network Properties before you run the SecuRemote
installation. When prompted to install on All Network adapters select OK. When
the SecuRemote installation is complete you are prompted to reboot your laptop.
Select NO and immediately go to the Network Properties. Manually remove the FW1
bindings that you don't need. Now reboot.

SecuRemote chokes upon boot if it cannot perform all the bindings you see in
Network Properties. Sometimes (especially with AOL) this second approach is the
only way to get the bindings you really need.

there are digital notebooks HiNote Ultra2000 running windows NT

56k card. This is not an PCMCIA card, it is static in the notebook.

The notebook works fine. After I was install securemote (4.005) it is
possible to get access through firewalls, but the Ethernet

modem works without any errors, but it is not possible to use 
the Ethernet.
If I uninstall securemote, Ethernet and modem are working correctly.

if securemote is installed, the part in ipconfig /all with the Ethernat
Adapter failed. The system starts with the error: one service couldn't
startet, have a look in the event viewer. In the eventviewer, 
there is an
error message.

also there is an information message in the eventviewer

source: FW1, event: 2
description: FW1: Attached to \Device\NdisWan4

What can I do to use securemote and the Ethernet with these notebook?
