I'm running FW1 standard lite (50 users) v3.0b 3045 on an NT 4.0 w/ service
pack3. The machine is a PentiumII 266 w/ 128 M.
My users have been getting this error message while surfing the Web; "FW
cannot connect to WWW server".
I think it is some sort of time out message. This started happening after I
created a rule using an URI resource to block certain sites.
I have a large number of restricted sites so I use the file-import option.
Aside from this intermitant error message the URI resource works
perfect.
Can anyone explain what exactly happens when this type of resource is used.
And what kind of impact (load) this has on the FW.
