Zebra doesn't work in clusters. To begin with, the routing daemon doesn't
represent the cluster as a single entity to the routing clowd.

To make this work, you should use SPLAT Pro with R60. That is supported to
work, the dynamic routing is aware of the cluster (and it works while the
cluster is in Load Sharing mode), and is well documented in the manuals, so
that would be the safest bet...
