In our case unchecking SmartDefense option "add received header when
forwarding"
seems to have solved the problem.

Subject: smtp 550 mailbox unavailable
Date: 16/05/03

Every so often the firewall sends a 550 Mailbox unavailable response on
inbound mail and logs it as content security - access denied. If the user
resends it will work. This started after we upgraded from 4.1 SP5.

Using a Sniffer I found this occurs when the firewall waits about a minute
after the connection is opened before sending it's 220 message. If firewall
responds quickly the process succeeds.

remote server: syn
firewall: syn-ack
remote server: ack
~60sec delay
firewall: 220 cp fw-1...
remote server: ehlo
firewall: 250 hello
remote server: mail from
firewall: 250 ok
remote server: rcpt to
firewall: 550 mailbox unavailable

NG FP3 HF1 on Solaris 8 using Trend ISVW 3.7
