    The fact that it is trying to open a log file at /var/empty seems to be a \
problem.  I am not sure where in the build process this is, but it should not be \
trying to put it in /var/empty nor should it be putting it in \
/Library/Developer/Xcode.

    Try to find where that log file is being opened  by xcodebuild and what is being \
passed to it.

    One thing that stands out is the line "No recognized Xcode CLI installed" and I \
suggest you manually re-install the CLI developer tools version 12.4.
