Not "exact same", but there are similarities. The parallel is that the 
binary in question, /sw/bin/gtk-query-immodules-2.0, was built in 
presence of a more recent version of the dylib in question, 
libpixman-1.0.dylib, than what it is finding at runtime.

In order to understand why this is so, one would need to know more about 
how you installed these binaries and dylibs. Did you build them yourself 
or do they come from some bindist? What version of pixman-shlibs do you 
have installed?
