Hi Folks,
This is minor, but I'd be grateful if the maintainer could give it
a look at his earliest convenience. I just did update-all, which ran
fine. However, molmol now has an odd bug. When clicking on the
ribbon button to calculate and display secondary structure ribbons,
instead of giving a text report of the amino acid 2nd structure
assignments, it gives a weird window showing four large buttons
(Close, Edit, Save, Append) and a dialog box showing the name of the
structure calc script (CalcSecondary.txt). However, the proper ribbon
graphic did come up. I updated two machines and both show this. I'd
be happy to send a jpg file showing the window, but didn't want to
clog bandwidth with this initial email.
