Well, something went wrong, but it's really hard to help, there is not
enough information. Dorothy, can you at least find the line where this
warning occured? For exampl, you can insert 

print "Hello world 1"
print "Hello world 2"

statement everywhere (don't forget about proper alignment, in Python
it's important). Then you find the line where warning occur and continue
investigation deeper.
