As Nicholas said, you still have zero leading names.

check your *.est files in \dic directory

Go to build_flite file and change

festival --heap $HEAPSIZE -b $FLITEDIR/tools/make_didb2.scm \

with

festival --heap 1000000 -b $FLITEDIR/tools/make_didb2.scm \

or greater

That might solve your problem, but mismatching names is the most 
probable source of errors.
