festival-te-0.3 package which was released earlier was working only for
Debian users. The bug has been fixed in the festival-te-0.3.1 release.

If you have faced a problem with the earlier release, you can download
the latest version at
http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=159819

Please try out the package and let us know in case of any problems.
