As requested I have updated the OGIresLPC version and the OGI voices 
associated with it. I've applied the patch provided by Nikolay Shmyrev 
and we made some more updates to the code that will improve c++ 
compliance. So far it has been tested on cygwin using gcc 3.4.6, windows 
using vc 6, and linux using gcc 3.4.4 and 4.0. They can be downloaded 
from the following website. Please let me know if you encounter 
additional problems.

To install these, download them to the directory directly above 
festival. This is different from previous versions, at least for the 
OGIresLPC module, but I changed it so it is more unified. There are a 
few changes in the voice configuration files, so to use OGIresLPC, you 
should download the new voices as well, or else they will not work.
