Hi David,
I had a look at the list and the closest I could see was bz 180038
<https://bugzilla.redhat.com/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=180038>. However,
the user was describing a color appearing on the screen whereas I
receive just a black screen (they were also only running an FC4 kernel).
I think I have convinced myself to log a bugzilla problem.
